Technical Product Manager | AI & SaaS | Product Delivery

I bridge business, product and engineering to turn complex ideas into buildable products.
A product manager who also builds. I use agentic coding to scope and ship real products, most clearly Meridian.
Project and Product Manager at WireApps Ltd (UK, remote). Founder of Meridian.
Governance that helps rather than slows. Cleaner handoffs, fewer clarification loops, better reporting.
AI-drafted PRDs and user stories, requirement gap checks, AI agents turning meeting notes into tickets and status reports, Claude skills and MCP setups.
Bridging business, product and engineering.
Ideas I keep coming back to.
PMs can build their own tools with agentic coding. Process improvement should be engineered, not just documented.
Governance as an overlay on the tools teams already use, not a replacement. Build compliance into everyday delivery.
Keep scope change and delivery pace as separate risks. Plan two sprints ahead. Simple, copy-ready tickets with flagged assumptions.
Lead with the pain, not the feature. Ship the core and get paying customers before expanding.
Lead story
From an Excel resource allocation sheet to a commercial PMO SaaS.
A governance and reporting overlay on Jira and Plane, not a replacement.
I founded it, build it with Claude Code, and run go-to-market.
The customer I defined: software agencies of 5 to 150 staff with 3 to 20 concurrent client projects.
Seat-based, month-to-month.
Working tool by 03.2026. First paying customer in 10.2026.

As a PM, I was able to dabble with AI agentic coding... which eventually led me to build an internal PM tool aligned with PMBOK processes. (Well, with a little help from my agents)
As product manager, product owner and Scrum Master, I went to market on 06.01.2026 by agreeing with the client to pull late requirements forward instead of deferring them. Phases 2, 3 and 4 delivered on time. I introduced feature flags so unreleased features stay out of production until SOW sign-off.
Reached 78% model accuracy through structured requirement analysis, assumption validation and iterative feedback.
As product and technical business analyst, and product manager, I reverse-documented the system into a full PRD and brought it to market-ready by 04.2026.
I chose an open-source HRIS, wrote the PRD as product owner, and set go-live gates: security assessment, DPIA and sign-off. Launched company-wide by 04.2026.
I am leading delivery of a multi-tenant platform. I have kept delivery pace and scope change as separate risks so scope could not be traded for the deadline, and I built an automated weekly executive summary tracker.
I set up a company PMO and cut requirement clarification rounds from 3-4 to 1-2. I own the PMO side of ISO 27001: root cause analysis, corrective actions, access control matrix and an ISO-aligned release process.

Let's talk.
A note is enough if you are shaping a PMO, bringing AI into everyday product work, or turning a complex idea into something a team can build.
